At Déjà Vu Cocoa Bliss, we take pride in creating high-quality, handcrafted body butters and skincare products. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will gladly assist with any concerns regarding your order.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review product descriptions and ingredients carefully before purchasing.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • A photo of the damaged item(s)

  • A photo of the packaging, including the shipping label

  • Your order number

Once we verify the issue, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

3. Order Cancellations & Modifications

  • Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been processed.

  • If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. If your package is missing, please check with your local carrier or file a claim with them directly.
